We are pleased to inform you that our students have recently completed the COGNIA Beginning-of-Year (BOY) assessments in reading, math, and language usage. These assessments are an essential part of our academic program and provide valuable insights into each student's progress and areas for growth. Our dedicated teachers are now focused on analyzing the data to tailor instruction and support to best meet each student's needs.
In addition to academic updates, we are excited to announce that our football and volleyball seasons will be in full swing starting next week. These are fantastic opportunities for our students to showcase their talents and hard work. We encourage all parents to purchase tickets online to support our Falcon athletes. Last May, the Sacramento Mountains Foundation accepted applications for the TeachOtero Grant. The incentive was up to $1,000 in grants to Otero County Public & Private Schools teachers. 😄
