IMPORTANT EMPLOYEE NOTICE
Per the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act (H.R. 3797) ("PBRA"), which was passed on December 11th, 2024, Employers are no longer required to send employees a Form 1095-B or a Form 1095-C
However, please contact the APS Business Office immediately if you want a copy of this form.
Form 1095-C can be requested from payroll@alamogordoschools.org
Employee Access is our Employee Self-Service application, which replaced iVisions Employee Self-Service (ESS). It provides a more user-friendly interface and increased security to protect you, our employees.
Your employee profile (updates to your address, phone number, etc.),
Pay stubs with leave balances,
Tax withholding information (W-4),

Each year employees must sign the Employee Agreement to Make Purchases with District Funds, Collect Money, or Fundraise on Behalf of the District or Students. This form is now completed in Frontline Central.
